We meet twice a month to study Scripture, worship, and grow in faith through teaching, discussion, and fellowship. Along the way, we host events and service opportunities that help students connect, build community, and live out their faith.

Scriptura Students is led by Pastor Zach, the Lead Pastor of Scriptura Church, and his wife, Alex. With a deep desire to see young people understand the richness and authority of God’s Word, and with over a decade of experience in youth ministry, Pastor Zach and Alex are committed to discipling students with clarity, conviction, and care. Their aim is not only to teach truth, but to help students love it, live it, and stand firmly on it.
Our Scriptura Student services use CaptionKit to provide live transcription in over five languages. CaptionKit automatically converts the spoken teaching and conversation into captions in real time, so every student can follow along with Scripture and discussion, no matter their language or hearing ability.

Scriptura Students is a biweekly gathering for high school and college-age young adults who want to take their faith seriously and grow in their understanding of God’s Word. We meet on the 2nd and 4th weeks of each month at 6:30 PM for a focused, meaningful time together.
We also take part in events, service projects, and more!
This isn’t just another event on the calendar. It’s a space designed for spiritual growth, real conversations, and lasting friendships centered on Christ.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Biblical Teaching

We walk through Scripture carefully and clearly, learning how to read, understand, and apply the Bible faithfully. Our aim is not surface-level inspiration, but deep roots in truth. Students are encouraged to ask questions, wrestle with difficult topics, and grow in confidence in what they believe and why they believe it. 

Discussion & Engagement 

Faith grows stronger when it’s expressed. We make space for thoughtful conversation so students can process what they’re learning and sharpen one another in truth.
Following Christ was never meant to be done alone. Scriptura Students is a place to build strong, Christ-centered friendships with others navigating the same season of life. 

Fun & Community 

We enjoy spending time together. Whether it’s games, events, or services, we believe joy comes from God and is an important part of Christian community.

So does pressure.
Rather than drifting spiritually during this season, we want students anchored in truth. We believe young believers are not the “future” of the church — they are a vital part of the church right now. Our desire is to help them grow into mature, thoughtful, faithful Christians who know God’s Word and live it out with conviction.
